How do I manage Google Pay transactions?

You can manage Google Pay transactions processed on your Site Reference by performing queries and updates. This can be achieved by either signing into Portal or by querying for details using our Webservices API.

 

Portal

As with regular card payments, records of all AUTH transactions processed using Google Pay can be viewed in Portal. When viewing Google Pay transactions in Portal, the “Wallet source” will be displayed as “GOOGLEPAY”.

Google Pay transactions can also be updated or cancelled using this interface, providing the funds have not yet been settled into your acquiring bank account. Click here to learn more about transaction management in Portal.

 

Webservices API

Our Webservices API allows your own back-office systems to communicate seamlessly with the Trust Payments gateway, requesting information on given transactions and performing updates. As with regular card payments, certain updates can be performed, providing the funds have not yet been settled into your acquiring bank account.
