Einführung in Händlerauszüge

Trust Payments stellt regelmäßig Auszüge zur Verfügung, um Ihnen einen klaren Überblick über Ihre bearbeiteten Transaktionen zu geben. In diesen Auszügen werden die Anzahl und der Gesamtwert der bearbeiteten Anträge sowie die damit verbundenen Gebühren für Ihre Konten bei uns aufgeführt.

Acquiring Statement (Ankaufs-Erklärung)

Merchants using our acquiring services will receive an email within the first week of the new month that provides a summary of requests processed over the previous month. This will contain statements in pdf format, one for each Merchant ID (MID), Processing Currency and Processing Date.

e.g. If MID 12345678 has processed in 2 currencies in April 2027, the monthly email received at the start of May would include 2 statements - one for each currency for the MID.

Gateway Statement (Gateway-Erklärung)

Merchants using our gateway services will receive an email within the first week of the new month that provides a summary of requests processed over the previous month. This will contain statements in pdf format, one for each Invoice Code, Billing Currency and Processing Month.

e.g. If Invoice Code ABC1234 has been billed on 2 currencies for the month of April 2027, the monthly email received at the start of May would include 2 statements - one for each currency for the Invoice Code.

APM-Erklärung

Händler, die in ihrem Konto alternative Zahlungsmethoden (APM) aktiviert haben, erhalten am Ende jedes Abrechnungszeitraums eine E-Mail mit einer Zusammenfassung der in diesem Zeitraum bearbeiteten APM-Anträge. Diese enthält Aufstellungen im PDF-Format, eine für jede Händler-ID (MID), die Verarbeitung Währung und Abrechnung Zyklus.
