How to access
- Sign in to your Store Admin.
- On the Admin Sidebar, click the Trust Payments logo.
- Navigate to Stores > Configuration.
- On the next page, navigate to Sales > Payment Methods.
- On the next page, expand the "OTHER PAYMENT METHODS" section, click the "Configure" button next to the Trust Payments extension, then either "Trust Payments API" or "Payment Pages".
- Click "Cron Settings".
To cancel and clear unpaid orders, you can set the cron job time using the “Interval Time Cancel Order” feature. The format is HH:MM:SS.
