When setting the password for your Portal user account, you must adhere to our password policy:
- Must be at least 8 characters in length.
- Must contain at least one UPPERCASE letter: A-Z
- Must contain at least one lowercase letter: a-z
- Must contain at least one number: 0-9
- Must contain at least one of the following special characters:
- " ! # $ % & ’ ( ) * + , - . / \ : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~
- Must NOT contain part of your username.
- Must NOT contain your first or last name.
- Must NOT be the same as any of your last 5 passwords.
