If you have forgotten your login password, you can request recovery from the login page by following these steps:
- Navigate to the login page of the Trust Payments MPA Portal in your browser.
- Click "Forgot password".
- When prompted, enter the email address, username and phone number associated with your Trust Payments MPA user and click "Continue".
- You will then be sent a 4-digit one-time password via text message that you will need to enter into the box provided.
- Following this, you will be able to set a new password. Once completed, you will be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your username and new password.
